HELLO SUPERHEROES! My names Afra, I’m a senior, I’m the vice president of Key Club for the 2019-2020 term and I’m also really bad at writing stuff like this but here I go! So some fun facts about me are that I LOVE watching Friends and The Office (which they’re taking off Netflix, so I don’t know what I’m going to do then), in my free time (basically when I don’t feel like doing my actual work HAHA) I take buzzfeed quizzes, and also I hate avocados, but I really wish I didn’t because it would make eating things like sushi more convenient. As for facts that pertain more toward Key Club, I joined Key Club because my sister was an officer when she was in high school and I guess I wanted to follow her footsteps. SO in my freshmen year I went to the first meeting and I went to a lot of the Key Club service events, and I ended up really liking it and the people I met along the way, which is why I applied to be board member that same year. I ended up getting that position, and then later also became the Publicity Director, my sophomore year, and Project Director, my junior year, which were both really fun and having those experiences are what inspired my goals for Key Club, such as making sure that all the members are able to love the club as much as I do. Key Club has truly been one of my favorite experiences in high school and always encourages me to be a better person and to serve my community.
