Fall Rally North is coming up on October 24 and spirit gear orders are out. Help represent our division by buying spirit gear if you plan on attending FRN!
If anyone is interested in ordering any of the gear, email irvingtonkeyclub@gmail.com or message an officer about what you'll be ordering by September 16. Payment for the gear will be collected after the first meeting.

Fall Rally North Registration
QUICK UPDATE BEAR WITH ME
If your only reason for not going to FRN is transportation, there's a district bus you can take and it only costs $25!!! What a deal!!! If not, we're also arranging carpools to the event (please try to get your parents to offer to carpool people because this won't work out if everyone needs a carpool but no one offers to). If you plan on taking the bus, please give me or Mr. Fung the money in a separate envelope from your FRN/Membership payment. Please remember that any previously paid Key Club memberships do not transfer to the next school year.
Spirit gear orders have also been pushed back to September 23, so you guys have more time to buy gear! Payment will be due by the 21st to an officer/Mr. Fung. You don't have to go to FRN to buy the merchandise, so don't let that discourage you.
Remember officer applications are due to irvingtonkeyclub@gmail.com by 11:59PM on Friday! If you plan on running, I highly suggest that you go to the meeting on Wednesday. I HOPE TO SEE YOU GUYS ALL THERE IN NORSE HALL ON WEDNESDAY (9/16) i'll bring food for you guys i know how you guys love free food because i love free food too 😁. Oh and there will be a raffle, so if you signed up to be on the mailing list during MAZE Day, make sure that you're there!

Meeting Recap + Reminders
HIYA KEY CLUBBERS!!! Thank you to those who could attend our club meeting last Wednesday! For those of you who couldn't, the powerpoint we presented is attached for your convenience.
**The elections meeting for your new vice president will be this Wednesday in Norse Hall during lunch! Come support your candidates and vote for who you think will best serve your club this school year.
QUICK REMINDERS
Fall Rally North (FRN) pre-sale ticket payment is due on September 28! Remember that you must be a paid member in order to attend as it covers your insurance for the entire year. Pre-sale ticket payment is $32, on site is $36, and passholders only have to pay $5. There's a medical form you need to fill out as well that needs to be turned in when you guys give us your payment (it'll be attached to this post). Please remember to give us your payment in an envelope with your name, grade, and id number. Also remember to fill out the google form if you are interested in attending.
Spirit gear orders and payment are due to an officer or to Mr. Fung this Monday! This will be the only time to get this year's divisional gear (wow it's like limited edition nudgenudge). You don't have to attend FRN to order this awesome merchandise!!! Send us an email or message an officer if you're interested c:
don't forget to pay your membership dues too if you want to become an official member of key club
tl;dr go to the elections meeting, attend frn, buy spirit gear, and don't forget about membership dues

Elections Meeting + FRN Gear
TWO THINGS:
1) Don't forget to come to the Vice Presidential Elections Meeting tomorrow at the beginning of lunch in Norse Hall! Help us decide who will serve you as your new Irvington Key Club Vice President this coming school year.
2) Want to look as fashionable as these Key Clubbers for FRN and DCON? Like the tutu I was wearing during the first meeting? Orders for tutus and superhero capes are start now! Tutus are $8 (they're gonna be super fluffy and tutu-y this year so dw it's totally worth it) and capes are $7 for halfback and $30 for fullback. The $7 capes are 1/2 yard long and are gold on the outside while the $30 capes are 1 yard long and are gold on the outside, but blue on the inside. Talk to any of the officers or email us if you're interested. The deadline for orders is October 7, so get them while you can!
Still interested in attending Fall Rally North (FRN)? Pre-registration may have ended, but you still have the chance to attend this super cool event! It only costs $36 to earn service hours, meet Key Clubbers from all over NorCal, raise money for PTP, and spend the entire day in Six Flags (pretty good deal if you ask me nudgenudge). If you are interested in attending, please fill out the FRN Registration google form (it's in a previous post), then turn in your $36 (cash only) and medical form in an envelope with your name to any officer or to Mr. Fung in room 85 by October 19. Don't forget that you must also be a dues paid member to attend! Attendees must pay $11.50 (separate from the FRN admissions fee) to an officer or Mr. Fung by October 19.
If you are not attending FRN but would still like to be a recognized member of Key Club International, your have until October 26th to turn in your payment. blablabla in an envelope with your name and email and all that good stuff. Remember, this is the only chance you have to become an official Key Club member for the 2015-2016 school year!
ONE MORE THING cape and tutu orders are due this Wednesday (October 7). Our lovely friends from MSJ Key Club and Piedmont Hills Key Club are looking forward to making these for you, so please give your payment to Mr. Fung by Wednesday! and just for the convenience of making this easier for everyone, please keep the cape and tutu money separate if you plan on purchasing both. plus look they even modeled the capes for you guys and they look p nice to me idk about you.
